Restaurant Supervisor

Our 5* boutique Restaurant with Rooms has eight rooms all of which are unique. Downstairs we have our bar and 80 cover restaurant with modern menus made from fresh ingredients sourced on our doorstep. 

We require a Supervisor to join our growing team.  You must have 1 – 3 years experience at a similar level within hospitality.  We need a team player with a passion for delivering 5* customer services and bringing out the best in your team.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be focused on service and customer care. They will also be expected to work hard but have fun whilst doing it.
Because we also have eight 5* rooms the role candidates must have the confidence to engage both with local and the tourist trade.
Wine knowledge would also be advantageous.

Waiting On Person

We need experienced Hospitality professionals to join our growing team.  You will be well presented, have excellent communication skills but above all you must have a genuine passion for customer service.
